Did a complete overhaul of his design, meaning previous templates are obsolete.

Oberon was born on the same day as Titania, formed from starlight to rule over the fairies and being granted status just short of godhood. He formed his palace in a peninsula surrounded by islands, claiming them as the official homeland of his people. He and Titania were married and almost immediately began butting heads. The most serious instance being when he humiliated her by enchanting her to fall in love with the then-donkey headed Nick Bottom. He agreed to keep the human as their gardener and even approved of him being her consort, since it gave him more of an excuse to mock her for it.

Oberon is powerfully magical, even out-stripping the Godmothers. He has enchantments, glamours, and a wide variety of ancient spells to draw upon as well as starlight magic. His only rival being his wife.

Oberon is incredibly arrogant, viewing himself as being the greatest power in the world...for good reason, too. He enjoys finding ways to humiliate Titania, since he's as unsatisfied with the arrangement as she is. Despite his bluster and ego, he does look for the well-being of his people and can realize when he has made a mistake. He's an a-hole, but not evil.
