LOL I dunno what happened.
Fang's costume was Vanille's creation. Lotsa body paint and hair dye. Fang's not happy. 
Hmm...I killed my right arm today cause I was drawing the entire day.

I bet that Fang feels itchy and can't scratch because it'd ruin the body paint. It seems to always happen after you're done and everything is perfect, you get that need to scratch. That'd make anyone grumpy.
Light's probably finding Fang's discomfort amusing, just as Morrigan would.
