That's not inflammatory. The way that you phrase a comment makes it inflammatory. The above "I don't care for..." is perfectly fine. "They're all stupid as fuck" is specifically worded to be inflammatory, be it opinion or not, because it is on a user's page who happens to like them so much he does fanart for them.
