Peter Parker was the one who killed Gwen Stacy. It was his desperate web line that caused her neck to snap. He was the one who chose to have romantic ties with her. And he was the one who crossed the Green Goblin giving him reason to capture her. It's Spiderman's fault she is dead.

That's what Terra is hoping to drill in Peter's head as she proceeds to ruin his life, Norman Osborn's orders. She helped that cackling lunatic in trying to destroy Spiderman, she helped that maniac kill Gwen. After all her distrust of Spidey, all her objections on him joining the Teen Titans, yet it was her that the Goblin managed to dig his claws into. Even turning her against the rest of the Teen Titans under the pretense of them being "poisoned by the evil Spider". And the worst part? The Teen Titans still want to save her. Even after all she did they are still willing to forgive her. He can't, not now, not ever. But nor can he expect the Teen Titans to choose between him or Terra, and so he abandons them, slipping into the shadows without a trace to begin his hunt. With the Witless Terra wrapped around his finger, Norman is even more dangerous head on. Peter needs an edge....and because of his last battle with the robotics genius Alistair Smythe, he has five.

They were the Ultimate Spider Slayers, created using samples of Spiderman's DNA and based on his most noteworthy adversaries. They were designed to be Spidey's waking nightmare, but Alistair never got the chance to activate them. Unable to actually dispose of their volatile nuclear cores and unable to trust anyone with them, not the authorities or S.H.I.E.L.D., Peter took it upon himself to hide them away. Never thought he'd actually be making use of them. Smythe made the mistake of giving these robots organic spider like brains developed from Peter's mutated DNA, they cannot be controlled by anyone, only influenced, talked to in a language they can understand. Vibrations. Just like a gathering of spiders communicating through the vibrations of the web. And because Peter happens to have Spider Sense, they will listen to him. His thoughts, his instincts, his desires and his emotions. He has learned to use his Spider Sense in a way he never thought possible.

Those two vile pieces of garbage wanted a war with Spiderman, now they will get one. Because he too is out for blood, him and his five new brothers in arms, spiders wearing the skins of his past enemies. The sinister Spider Six are on the hunt.......
