Dear. me. The look in his eyes... The expression of the snake... The brushstrokes in the grass and bushes in the background... The sun, silence, smell and overall atmosphere...
Even if it weren't Orochimaru (whose story we know, which adds a thousand darker and tragic layers to the scene), but somebody entire else, I still wouldn't be able to keep my eyes off this picture. It just... pulls you in. Thank you for this gorgeous piece of art.

The immortality, that would be the highest ambition of many people, was just the way to reach something different for him... the truth in this world of lies, maybe. That could be the reason why Orochimaru had left Konoha at one point.

I'd like to understand what kind of anger has made him move in that direction. He has shown of not considering life as a treasure many times, especially other people's life (like a living hyperbole of some kind of scientists, especially in the Medicine...). I think there isn't any justification to his cruelty, he has chosen the wrong path with no excuses, but I still like to better understand his feelings
