Description
An illustration for a Gundam Wing fanfic, "Sanctuary," by Sunhawk, in which the Gundam Pilots, on the verge of complete exhaustion and emotional burnout from fighting the war, are sent to a an unusual safe house to recover. I've always wanted to draw the Gundam boys as kids. This excellent fic by one of my favorite GW authors gave me a chance to try and capture my two favorite pilots at age 5. I loved this fic. The fan art is beautiful. I love the high lights in the hair. the frog Heero's holding looks a little stiff. i don't know if that was intentional or not. but it's a very good pic. I love it!
