Great likeness on the sartorial front, but I feel the character's face is too... soft, to fully pull off the Lulu look.
Because Lulu's got a certain harshness about her looks, due to how stoic and unforgiving she can be, yet she still somehow remains pretty. This girl, on the other hand just looks really, really huggable.
I wouldn't try to hug Lulu, for fear of being injured. xD
But still a really nice picture and likeness. :3
