Description The remains of an old farm yard.

One can still hear the voices of children playing tag around the trees, running, jumping, playing and enjoying the warmth of summer on the prairie. The trees have absorbed these events, like sea sponge, and will play them back for all those who have time, the ear, and the imagination to listen.

Do you shoot with a polarizing filter? You get the best blue skies!

Beautiful photo and thoughts. I love the way you turned the scene into a story which could very well be true...

Thanks Penny,

I have been reading some old Canadian Fiction, and I think the imagination of the heroine has rubbed off.

well if you want to read the works yourself, look for Lucy Maude Montgomery.Β  One of the classics was Anne of Green Gables written in 1902 I think
