The Sky (Pegasus) clans. First to create wings and achieve flight and first to create bows and crossbows.
The Platinum (Unicorn) clans. First to discover and harness magic and fire.
The Earth (All there in the manual...) clans. First to build catapults, battering rams, carts, structures, mineshafts, walls... pretty much every practical thing ever.
