Very nice. I like the aesthetics of the design as well as attention to detail. The location of ladders, windows, etc promotes a strong sense of function to the structure.

Yes, i fully agree with the comment, as its important to consider function, especially as a gaming scenery piece. The roof actually comes off too so you could put figures inside. The building comes off the support blocks/frame, and the stairs are removable too.
The steps are big enough for a 35mm base too

As the others said, nice reference. All it needs is a bunch of dead Space Marine corpses and a veteran female IG storm trooper.
