I totally agree.
This is a 100% photoshop work. Was tired of my usual "Planet & Lenseflare" wallpapers.
So this was a good opportunity to fool around and practise some new techniques.

Pretty nice this one. The mood/colors is well done, but somehow the "difference clouds"-filter becomes a bit too visible.
But anyway, you've done a great job here, and you're right about the quote. Some realism-errors is worth commenting, but most of them is totally unnecessary, and more like a tribute to fantasy.

Very cool! with the small version of this, it looks like a bird's eye view of a forest fire. I don't know, maybe i have seen to many of them living in Az. but the enlarged version is very cool, and looks great as my new wallpaper!
