Note: Okay, I'm both happy with this and angry with it. Happy because I think I did an EXCELLENT job on it, and angry because I feel like I did a better job on my NPC App than I did on my TRAINER app. But Oh well.

Also, her story is gonna sound more newbish than I mean it to be because I'm super tired right now.

Sarah Star: From a very young age, Sarah wanted to be a newscaster. As a little girl she would often interview Pokemon and her friends with an imaginary camera man and a stick for a microphone.

She spent years as an intern at the local News Station; fetching coffee, running errands, and doing other menial labor tasks that interns do, patiently waiting until she could show her boss she was capable of being a world class newscaster.

One day, one of the regular reporters fell ill and the station didn't have anyone to replace him for a minor, local story. They were going to cancel it when Sarah volunteered to cover it. They boss was so impressed with her performance and quirky ways, she decided to make Sarah a part time reporter. She quickly climbed her way up the ladder, snagging bigger and bigger scoops until she was the top reporter of her local news station.

This caught the eyes of much BIGGER, corporate stations. Soon the cycle began again and soon she was top in her field. Though she was a bit shy in front of the camera and a little awkward and clumsy, most found it endearing and her bosses tolerated it because Sarah would take the scoops no one else wanted. She would bungee jump into an active volcano and deep sea dive in Sharpedo infested waters just to get the story.

When News of the BFOI Tournament caught wind, They sent over one of their other top reporters, Bill Coxwood to cover it. Sarah pleaded with her bosses to let her go as well as Bill's Co-Reporter. They quickly agreed and sent her on her way.

The Team:

Cinna the Gardevoir: Sarah met Cinna very early on as an intern. She noticed her as a Ralts, hiding around the building, actively watching the hair and makeup ladies. Cinna wanted to do that, but she was just to small. Sarah caught her, then promised to help her realize her dreams. Under Sarah's tutelage, she quickly evolved into a Gardevoir and learned all the tricks of the hair, makeup, and wardrobe trade. She now keeps Sarah looking her absolute best. She is constantly dodging Mercutio's advances, though she does find him cute and endearing.

Mercutio the Gallade: During one of Sarah's more dangerous scoops, she met Mercutio. Sarah had been sent out into the field to cover a story of a heard of Miltank stampeding violently. Mercutio was caught in the middle of the stampede and seriously injured. Sarah and Cinna saved him and nursed him back to health. Now he is Sarah's Camera Man and "go-to" physical guy. He uses his psychic powers and teleportation to get the best possible angles. He is completely enamored with Cinna and becomes very very flirty when she's around. He's usually quite comical in his advances of Cinna but also serious.

Frank the Ditto Frank is the roughest, toughest, Ditto around and He'd be the first to tell you that. He met Sarah when she helped him beat off a rouge gang of Murkrow. He Fancies himself her Goon and has a self image of being a gruff 70's detective. He uses his transform ability to get in close and infiltrate enemy lines to learn valuable info. He relays this to Cinna and Mercutio, who tells it to Sarah. Sarah has no clue about any of Frank's workings. She keeps him around for two reasons. 1) She knows a ditto is very handy in many situations, and 2) she thinks he's cute in a "Only a mother could love that face" kind of way.
