A friend of mine asked if the little patchs of blue at the córners of Hrairoo's eyes were make up or tribal paint
The answer is none. That's a natural coloration, it was very small at first but with the time they grew into that form that we saw these days un the cómics.
Hrairoo isn't almost aware of the change since he can't see his reflection very often either and it was likely slow.
