I actually liked the first version better because it was brighter - reminded me more pf the Spring sun. Perhaps because it's been rainy or cloudy here in NY for like a week. But both are fantastic!

This one is nice, and has a little bit more light haze, which makes it look like a heavenly afternoon hangout. Nicely done.

I used Photoshop to give a histogram of this image here:

You can see that the dynamic range of the image isn't great, that is why it has low contrast. Try a simple Auto Contrast in Photoshop to see what difference it makes.

Ok I used auto contrast on it before and I did it again it does not change the image. I also have not learned how to read histograms yet so this info could be real helpful to me I would like ot know what I want to see in a image so if you let me know thank you

Check out this website [link] it should help you understand more about dynamic range and histograms. By increasing the dynamic range you can make the image stand out more and gives it more depth. Curves are just a more exact way of adjusting the dynamic range of the image for certain brightness ranges.

Experiment a bit. I am assuming you are using Photoshop. But the principal should be the same for any photo manipulation software. Good luck!

I like the tone and the rays of light better now.
Perhaps the grass on the left is now a bit too bright?

Nice work

Much better with the evenness of tone in the sky, but maybe you want to lighten it? The sky is rarely that dark on such a sunny day.
