I have always been confused by fusions involving people of different genders. What happens to the genital configuration and gender identity? Do they go one way or the other, or do they keep all configurations and identities of all characters involved?

That's a question that I can't answer, but at least in this case, NNM is female. She only has sombra's outfit. Outfit, not genitals!
