Description
This is a metal-scaled glove which I made of a belt's thin metal scales, and a bit modified old leather glove. There's also a feather for decoration. It's just an ornament, not suitable for any action for it is too fragile to handle anything. The scales dent quite easily. So I hung it on my wall.Also I did some cleanup of the image in Photoshop.
Edit: Later sold at a flea market.

I like that piece. has the feel of some of the india and moslem armors of the middle ages, especially with the coloration. Great gallery by the way. Now I see why so many favorite you incesantly,lol. Wonderful, diverse work.

do you perchance LARP because that would be great for it do you do full suits of armour and weapons

I don't think it would endure any "real" action, the scales are very thin, and would bend at the first impact.
But yes, I did a few "battle ready" armors (but not weapons...

Well, honestly, I didn't yet make one for selling. I only made that 3-4 sets which I am/was using. So I really don't know... I think You should wait for the pictures of them, and if You'd like something like that, I think I can make one for You. But they are mostly roman gladiatoral armours.

Yeah, I gave it a thought that it would be nice to have a scaled "hauberk-type", or even longer armor, but that would have to be battle ready!
