And here marks your Cappitron finally including the Animated Transformers series into his gallery, which completes my perfect series trifecta of G1, Bayformers, and Animated.

I was looking at one of my Transformers toy—I mean, badass manly action figure, and noticed they even detailed a gas cap on the side of its truck mode. My adjacent thought, however, was that I really hope Transformers don’t actually refuel in car mode.
WHAT, WHAT! IN THE BUTT!

I have a huge platonic mancrush on Animated Ratchet. I now realize I probably wanted to space that statement a little farther away from the previous paragraph for obvious reasons. But Kup was one of the few welcomed additions to the third season of G1 Transformers. There really need to be more grizzled crotchety offa-my-lawn grandpa mentors in cartoons. That Metamucil-fueled torch is carried by Ratchet in the Animated series, and I couldn’t be any more happier.

Fun fact: according to the Teletraan I page (a Wikipedia spinoff that documents anything Transformers), original plans for a medic bot was described as being a fembot named Red Alert. Luckily, research proved that to be retarded, and ideas for Grandpabot Ratchet rusted on the page. I actually think I nailed the Animated style down pretty well (if you can get past my famous using-whiteness-from-the-paper-as-a-color-because-my-markers-are-dying coloring style).
