Description
This is based on Himaruya's blog post Tulip Fever . Basically, I want to see how Netherlands look with a straw hat on. It is said that he gardens with a straw hat (which is adorable) and I love that he has a soft spot on his tulips and his rabbits. He's the type to blush when it looks like he wasn't blushing-- so you really can't see him blushing in this picture, but Belgium would know him the best so he's definitely blushing.
It was really hard to draw Netherlands with a straw hat on because it would be difficult to identify him without his puff-up hair. I'm trying to portray where his usually spiky hair is smush under the hat-- which seems really adorable if I think about it.

Now, I'm taking a break on the comic I'm trying desperately to finish to get to that request someone asked me of. I mostly made this out of frustration of my progress and my yearning for spring considering my place is being buried in snow. Snow is pretty though... maybe I'll draw something in relation to that.
I'm sorry for the badly draw flowers-- backgrounds aren't my thing. The sky somehow turns out impossibly well.
