I checked your drawing and your perspective seems alright. What I would focus on is line quality and rendering skills. Try and sketch on a paper with a pen or a black pencil (not graphite) and scan it. Use a camera if you don't have a scanner.
Once you have your tidy line drawing scanned, color it in Photoshop using the brush and eraser tools, along with the pen tool for clean and precise details. Make sure you understand how the environment reacts on surfaces. A car is shiny so think of it as a big mirror: the surfaces facing upwards will show you the sky/ceiling while the ones facing downwards will reflect the floor/ground. The surfaces facing straight should in fact reflect your horizon line.
Observe real pictures of cars and figure out how the lights, environment and materials can be portrayed on a render. Good luck!

thanks for the advice,eventually ,I'm going to get a grip on it. I drew my car using a gfx tablet,not on paper,I do draw on paper mostly,I just did this out of boredom one night.
