Description
This is the Mjöllnir (the Hammer of Thor), a very iconic symbol of the norse mythology and also a symbol of power, fury and thunder.I made a mini-production of 6 pendants during the summer of 2009 mainly for relatives and for my best friend who made me an awesome Viking rondache shield. Please note that the pendants are made out of polyurethane resin (plastic), NOT metal.
I want to thank for all the help he provided with the silicone cast and the molding process! Without his precious tips this project never would've succeeded.

Btw I use a variant of your paint technique to paint a foam and latex dagger...not bad actualy.

Hmmm ouais j'imagine que ça peut se faire! J'ai fait une production de 5 pendentifs et il m'en reste 2 donc je devrais pouvoir t'en vendre un. J'ai pas vraiment de prix en tête mais envoie-moi un message perso avec une offre qui te semble raisonnable et on pourra discuter du mode de paiement et de livraison. Je déménage demain donc je risque de pas avoir d'Internet pendant quelques jours donc ne t'inquiète pas si mes réponses tardent à venir.

Merci Rick! En effet, le peuple viking avait une iconographie très semblable à celle des Celtes et ce pendentif en l'honneur du dieu nordique Thor comprend des symboles viking ainsi que des tresses celtiques!

Wow thanks a bunch! I worked hard on the design so I'm glad some people appreciate it!
By the way, I currently have 2 left-overs but they're already reserved. I might be able to create more this summer if I get my job back and eventually get access to the equipment I need.

Thanks a lot man! I really put a lot of effort to make them look like metal. I first shot a coat of silver car lacquer with a paint gun and then added some black weathering for that "ancient look".

I am trying to look for a place in Toronto that sells them but had no luck in finding a store that sells viking or pagan stuff. I was lucky to find a store in Montreal that sold it along st catherines. Was more of a witch store but I found it at least.

Well I'm from Montreal myself so I know many places where you could find some. There are many shops on Saint-Denis and Mont-Royal streets that sell metal or medieval-related stuff. There's a shop on Ste-Catherine called Labyrinthe where you could surely find some. Many pagan websites sell some as well, so it might be an easier alternative!
