Description
This is a commission based on two real people whom I have caricatured as foxes. Their last name is Fox. This will be a gift from Mr. Fox's daughter to both of them for their anniversary.I took it a little bit further by choosing accent feathers and beads of similar colors and by painting white fox tracks on some smaller turkey feathers. Man, I'm clever.

The feather painting concept seems to get popular. I've seen a few of those pop up every once in a while.
I like how you composited them before you started to paint. It amazes me how the feathers stay attached so well, even when you paint on them. It's cool that you attached more then just the feathers, the beads and little paws fit perfectly well in the composition.
I tried painting with acrylics but never got the hang of they way they mix, so it's always a pleasure seeing well painted acrylics.

Something like this, framed and all, costs around $225 because there are two characters in this one and it's in a very large frame. My turkey feathers are huge!

Lol! I'm glad you like my business card! I try to send one out with every feather painting sold, but sometimes I forget to attach one. I once went around at an Art Institute graduation and nabbed up every business card that I could to get inspiration and ideas. Some people are super clever! I wanna hear your secret idea too!
