Got a New piece of fanart here for yall.This time it's vinyl scratch (background pony from MLP made famous by the fandom) as a noise marine of slaanesh, holding a blastmaster.
Not much to say about this one since I'm really tired, only that the blast master itself is mostly of my own design (the head part and the cords), as well as the rest of the figure.

The Bass Blaster is one of the best weapons in 40k. When I'm getting one for my army, I would love to give the wielder a Vinyl-inspired head.

There's an actual fanfic ('An Emperor's Child in Equestria') of a Noise Marine who steals some soul crystals from the Dark Eldar, crash lands in Equestria, defeats Vinyl Scratch in a 'music' contest, becomes her lover, and joins forces with the Disco Marines to protect the ponies from the revenge of the dark eldar hunting him.
The whole thing is played for comedy of course, as opposed to the grimdark bloodbath that would normally result in WH40K crossing over with pretty much ANYTHING...

Unfortunately it seems the original author has put the story on hiatus/discontinued or hidden/deleted it... anyway, I can't figure out how to access it anymore. He has another one wherein Twilight sparkle encounters a Tzeenchian or somesuch but I haven't read it myself.

But I always listen to heavy metal when I play Warhammer...well one time I listened to My Little Pony music during an Imperial Guard vs. Eldar skirmish, just for soundtrack dissonance and to confuse my friend. But anyways I just recently got into Bolt Thrower, a death metal band that is actually ABOUT Warhammer! Or at least seemingly based on the series...
And as for Halford, I liked what I heard. So what subgenre of metal would you say he is? I'd like to hear more!

Making a Noise Marine with Vynis scratch is a very good idea. But the thing I like most is that, instead of drawing a normal SM, and only change his head into the one of a pony (which looks pretty weird) you merged her face style into the darker one from the SM. That is a VERY GOOD point.
But leaving the MLP stuff behind, the desing of this buddy up here is simple AMACING! You made a fantastic work in the pic!

I had to do the face in a way that would be reminiscent of a noise marine, having altered flesh and the like. So I got the idea to sort of draw it so that it looked like the face mask/face were melding with each other (also work in someway to show off her signature goggles). I drew here hair to be a little flesh like as well, something I did with my rarity pic.

Yeah, I saw the rest of you pic. They are cool, but they have thr poblem this one hasnt. If you take out the horn, I am completely sure a brony and warhammer player wont notice its Vynil. But the rest still looks like themselves....maybe I am being too fussy...
