Description Apophysis

Anyway, this is a revisit of Cractal Enlightenment [link] . This time I managed to get the two sides to be different colors and to change the eye color, as well, which I'm very proud of. I also remade it in my favorite colors... I like the zoomed out version for viewing the spiral plunging down to become a yin yang.

I did a little work in Photoshop with the background color and a wee bit of layer mixing to brighten it up and reinforce the colors.

Edit: Added frame and title. This is for who helped with renaming it, as did

You are most welcome my friend, I am just so very sorry that we lost touch for so long.
I missed seeing your works. I think the last I had seen was when you were doing the
sketches on anatomy maybe? I had you look at a 3D model my leg that I was sending
to my doc to show where problems were and learned more about meshes and the wireframe
than I had expected but always appreciated.

Keep up the awesome work, you're the best.

Cheers,
Oth

Aww I remember the leg model.

I was probably working on anatomy drawings at the time.

I'm a sucker for yin yang symbols anyway, but this fractal is really beautiful!

I like the variety in this one but I think the colors could still be a bit more emphasized in the center.

Yay for reduxes

How do you suggest I do that?

Magicks?

I don't use apophysis, but what I was suggesting is that you make the yin-yang colors a little more apparent and spread on the "halves." Could be done simply enough in Photoshop, but if you choose not to bother I don't feel it hinders the piece

Well, see, here's the thing...

As it stands now, this is 100% pure fractaliciousness. The only thing I did in Photoshop was add a background color behind the yin yang (I rendered it with a clear background), make layer copies of the yin yang and blend them to make it a bit brighter. While I understand your point, what I'm really proud of is that I made this yin yang, with the two sides and two eyes different colors only in a fractal generator. Taking it into Photoshop and perfecting the colors would defeat the purpose, to me.
