Description My newest Mermaid Artwork,
a beautiful underwater mermaid reaching out

This is an Original OSWOA (4x6) art.
completed with pastels and pencil.

I like the magical touch you gave to the picture, it looks so dreamy! I love the blue features in this drawing, I can't help staring at it!

oswaos are small 4x6 artworks
a bit bigger than those ACEO card
drawings, gives you more space to work in
and you can make some bigger prints with that size too

I've only heard of ACEO's so far, I got to know about it many years ago because there was this artist I admired a lot when I didn't even was thinking on drawing This is the artist: [link] I just remember thinking 'damn, I wish I had something to trade with her!' but I guess I've never realised how small ACEO's were until some time ago. I think it's quite impossible to draw on such a tiny space and that's why I admire so much people who do it!

OSWAOS are something completely new to me, never heard of it before. it seems to be the principle behind it is the same of ACEO's but with a (not so much) larger space to work.

Anyway, I guess I'll never try any of both, I prefer to look at your masterpieces!

wonderful artist her aceo collection is wonderful
it's true drawing small can be very challenging and eye straining some people
enjoy it and some don't
i think what makes you feel comfortable you should stick with it,
no matter what size an artwork is it's beautiful

I like the concept behind ACEO of trading art, seems really nice
I'd love to try ACEO one day but I guess it's still very early to do it. I started working with very big canvases, I used to work on A2 paper and sometimes bigger, then I went to A3 and just now I'm getting used to A4. I guess I'm used to do a lot of details so I wouldn't feel comfortable with drawing in such a tiny space but maybe I'll try it one of these days

i think you will do fantastic
if i may suggest something that helped me when i first
started doing aceos, try and use most of the paper as you
can for example go for a close up portrait/or animal etc.. than a full
figure, this way you will get more used to it you will still be working in smaller
but yet you wont feel as uncomfortable
