Haha, it is a bit of a musical injoke. The little "x" notes indicate a percussion hit. I guess for drum kits there's a wide variety of different note types (where the "x" is used for cymbals) but I meant it generically.

Unless Foot ninja sound like cymbals when you hit them, haha.

Love this, and so in-character for Mike.
Your movements are so fluid and natural, and I adore your style in general - they 'sketchiness' of this drawing is excellent and kinda... cute...
This only leaves one question... What song is he listening to

As for music... with Mike, I could only guess. I'd assume his musical tastes are pretty broad. If it were me, I'd be doing this to an adventurous film/game score. X)
