Yeah, I'm not entirely certain where this whole oreo-thing has started from, but ok, works for me, Ock likes Oeros.

Ask silver-sehkmet, artist of the Boy Genius comic- she seems to be the first I can track down who showed Otto with Oreos.

I wish I could draw kiwaii art as chibi style.

It's just a matter of practise. I haven't drawn chibis that much, and I think I've been improving a lot with them lately.

Some tutorial [link]
The only way to learn to draw is, well, to draw. Try to copy the style of others first, maybe by copying a chibi character poses, but as different characters, and try to find your own style.

He also almost married her at one point. That was kind of a weird storyline, he wanted to have some nuclear power plant she inherited without even knowing about it...
But in general, the Aunt May is kinda odd, and she just decides Doctor Octopus was the good guy and Spider-Man the bad one, since Doctor Octopus was so nice and polite.
"That Spider-Man, coming to the room without knocking. That nice Doctor Octopus would have never done something like that!"

I remember that even the animated series had a bit of it, in the episode where they pretended Parker was in a hospital and that Ock was a doctor taking care of him.
But no tea-party there, either.
