Description CHECK OUT ALL MY TEA ILLUSTRATIONS ON DEVIANTART OR ON TUMBLR .

Yesterday I had a big exam and then celebrated its completion by vegging out at a friend's place and drawing this. I finished it up this morning--this tea was fairly straightforward. I like the colors but I kinda wish I was more creative with it.

Ceylon is a tea that is grown in Sri Lanka. I undersand there are green and black varieties but the Ceylon I tasted was the black tea. I found it had a mild, smooth black tea flavor. Not as strong as Darjeeling but not as caramelly-sweet as Assam . Unfortunately, I don't know much else about Ceylon tea...

The costume here is based off of the image here . And the teal and yellow was just a color combination I've been itching to try out.

Sorry, Sri Lanka is its own country. The official name is Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. It just happens to be close to India. They even have their own Olympic team and everything...

Right. I didn't catch that the first time. It seemed like it was related to India like how Hong Kong is located close to China, if I'm right about that.
