Have u ever sat there for 45mins screencapping and then having to cut down and resize the image then animate it? No, I didnt think so so shut it.

That doesn't change the fact that it's not art, and doesn't belong on deviantart. you are fully welcome to post it on tumblr, or any other site that it is appropriate for and lay your claim to it there.

Deviantart is appropriate for this as it does fall under the category of GIF art, which DA has a whole category for, and rules. This adheres to the rules.

Please go elsewhere, your talents might be best suited for becoming a troll and attacking every gif on DA just because you don't approve or because you are incapable of making one yourself.
