Yes, it looks rather crappish... I'm sorry for this, my scanner isn't working right now so I had to use one of these all-in-one-wonder-machine that isn't really good at anything (copying, scanner, color printer, B&W printer, fax-machine and probally more...). I tried to help it in photoshop, but I dunno...
Though, from the begining the picture is very so-so, I find very large one color (especially white) areas hard to color, so I won't draw another one as it would most likely look the same. I simply can't handle it with my current skills.
But I may try a re-scan when I get my scanner to run again.

Lugia is a rare, or atleast, fairly unkown pokémon. Very few sightings has been reported, and even less documentation has been made. Thouse few times they have been seen, a lonely individual usually made a leap out of the water, in the middle of the ocean. It's belived that they have a pelagic lifestyle and is a kind of predator, most likely a fish or squid hunter, based upon the sleek bodyshape and long neck.
It's also belived that they may be a kind of ancient marine reptiles, but others have also suggested bird or mammal. Even amphibian has been suggested, as the skin looks remarkebly smooth.
