Description
This is my new one of a kind fully handmade brooch. I made this for "the favourite showcase" monthly challenge, the theme was "butterflies and ladybugs" so I tried to represent butterflies resting in a flower bed . I loved mixing the warmth of the spring theme with the coldness of the violet-light blue colour palette.
This brooch was made sticking with hot glue ribbons, miscellaneous beads and other objects to a wire core. Both the design and the creation of the piece are my own.
Size:19 x 13 cm.
Materials: hot glue, a purple bow, marbles, beads, clothespins, buttons, feathers,a small glass bottle, wire, plastic butterflies, clay charms, plastic toothpick and other miscellaneous objects.
Perfect to put on bags, backpacks and clothes as a fashion satatement but it can also be used as a centerpiece or attached to the wall as a piece of wall art. The picture was made with a reflex, using white cardboard as background.

wow i thought this was a painting until i read the description. this is a beautiful brooch and the way you photographed it, it almost doesn't look real at first glance and i think that makes it even more beautiful cause now it's kinda like two works of art instead of just one
