Description Okay guys, here it is! I first of all must say that I am VERY happy with this piece! From the beginning it worked out better than I thought, and by the time it was finished...well, it just worked out so nicely. It's a massive file (original size of like, 3,000 pixels by 2,800 or something) so I'm surprised it didn't kill my computer. I'll probably upload some detail shots later because some of the detail is sweet. With most to all of my pics, music is gives a nice working aura and inspiration to me. I listened to a bunch of songs on this one, so nothing particular. Not much else to say about it other than enjoy! I guess for a generalization for future pics, unless I indicate otherwise, I don't use refs.

Photoshop CS2, wacom tablet, and about 7 hours--give or take a few.

This is beautiful! I love the colors and the concept and EVERYTHING! The only thing I would work on is the anatomy of the orcas. The Female at the bottom (im only judging its a female by the shape and size of its Dorsal fin) Should have smaller Pectoral Fins, also the head of the orcas should be longer. But other than that this piece is awesome! Great jon!

Yes, you are correct in that she's a female. I didn't know that before about the pectoral fins, so thanks for pointing that out! And that's really creepy about the longer head thing because I was just looking at that today thinking the same thing.

Oooh yes! It adds some excitement to the piece Youve shown the water dripping off it so well and the way the moving water distorts its tail Brilliant job I feel so lazy with my art, Id never think of half the things youve put into this piece
