There are some pics that are pure eyecandy, where you get sucked into the scene and your heart pounds. but this isn't one of those, this is one where you fall in love with the character, and you get overtaken by the paintings emotion. I love ones like this. This is like a tripple favourite to me, lol

a really fine and well detailed painting you created here... a dark and sad scene actually... im especially fond of how you did the wind in here... you can see it in the enviremont ( the sea and leaves ) and also in the expression of this persons face... btw its a graveyard right?... cause of the stone in the bottom left corner and the flowers : )... nice addition to the overall feeling of this image... great work i would say... keep it flowing

Very nice. This one makes me think of Loreena McKennitt's song Dante's Prayer.
The sky is excellently done. The waves in the sea are perfect.
The only suggestion I could make is to make the tombstones a bit thicker.
Other than that, the small splashes of colour seem to be a recurring theme with your work.. but it always goes very well. Just keeping the art out of having a "dead" look, but still conveying meaning. Great job.

I dont think the gravestones look like eggs, maybe if you're looking at the perspective wrong. I love this, particularly the background, it looks a bit creepy.
