Fanart 100: 060. Drink.This has been laying around for a long time, and I finally decided that I was never really going to finish it. So, it'll probably just stay a sketch.
A while ago, I remember Peter Facinelli did an interview about how he was mad he didn't get to go to Italy for New Moon. And he said they should have just added a scene where Carlisle had a cappuccino with the Volturi. Which inspired this.
So, I had this random thought: Probably, Carlisle never approved of Aro's habit of collecting vampires. He didn't think it was ethical, and it may have been one of the many things that made him decide to leave. But now, of course, Carlisle has started his own collection, the second largest in the world only after the Volturi. His collection is just for company, though, not power. So in this, Aro's all, "I TOLD YOU SO." And Carlisle is feeling awkward after not having spoken to Aro in a couple centuries.
I love Carlisle's pants here. Just saying.

Peter Facinelli is hysterical. Now when I watch New Moon, I'm going to picture Carlisle chilling out drinking a cappuccino. When everyone else in the theater is tense during the Volturi scene, I'll be LOLing.
