Description
In my back yard, I just had to get pictures of my latest style of wings - Punk Pixie, I have named them Here you can see them at a good angle, and how they seem to sprout out of your back.

These wings have five petals on each wing, made from very fine, hand-dyed silk. Each petal is edged in black, which prevents them from fraying after They are attached to a wire frame, but are only wired at the top of each petal, allowing the silk to hang and flutter in the breeze.

At the base of the wings is a scroll, which allows you to wear them with any bodice that is open at your shoulder blades. Usually, a bra is enough to hold these in place, because they're so incredibly light. A corset will keep them from shifting, otherwise, a bandage right under your bra (or, around your chest if you're a guy) will help to support them. The scroll can, however, be easily converted to use straps to hold them on.

These are small enough wings that you won't poke everyone around you in the eye while wearing them. Also, the special wire they're made out of is highly resistant to kinks, so bumping into thing should not bend them unduly.
