Having effectively saved each other from the fight with the Blighted, Rook and Spike sit down and have a talk later that night and get into conversations about themselves, Spike being more open about his history while Rook remains a little more reserved, having only met this man. Though Rook’s interest is peaked when Spike mentions his hailing from a local town called Ranchine, which Rook has yet to ever see real humans in his 7 months of living in the Construct Lands. Like Spike, Rook just appeared into the world, much more recently than Spike and has gone 7 months thinking that he was the only human in the world because of the isolation. A promise is made for Spike to bring him to his town, so long as Spike himself gets some answers from Rook, to which he promises to provide.
