Unsure when this will be obtained but Rook will eventually hold the ability to puppeteer a domesticated swarm of spectral bugs to his command and to coalesce the echoes of his creations. Unlike the common spectral bugs, the ones Rook will obtain have an odd connection towards him as if they can easily understand his motive and command without much say or movement. They just… understand him. Rook is often holding his journal when performing this and is seemingly in a focused trance, purely to orchestrate the bugs to echo a character, especially if multiple are manifesting at once.
