I don't know if I like this design for this character, but it was worth a shot.

Hexcellence is Jinxie Jones, an elven witch from Inglenook who ends up in K-Town, a parallel realm created by the Builders.

However, the character as a design goes back to around 2012 and was originally supposed to be part of the Supergirls In The Spotlight cast as a 90s-themed witch who got frozen in time by a magic spell cast by her nemesis, the Oath-Breaker, and then resurrected in 2012 to become part of Solar Girl's team.

Obviously that storyline never played out, but I'm still deeply attached to the character.
