Welmax MXR-20, also marketed simply either as “MXR-20” or “Welmax AR” is an assault rifle, designed for military and law enforcement.
MXR-20 is a versatile weapon, being fairly accurate and effective at both CQB-encounters, medium and sometimes long range engagements.
The weapon is chambered in 8.5SIM and feeds from a 20-round magazine by default, plus the chambered round.
The rifle features simple folding sights for aiming, there is also a long picatinny rail segment for accessories.
MXR-20 can fire either in semi-auto, or full-auto firing modes. The full-auto has a moderate rate of fire making it easy to control the recoil. MXR-20 also has good accuracy in both modes.
