EDIT: Figured I ought to say... if there is a box or a line that is "double" (like the lines between the glyphs, the boxes around the Gods, etc) then that is a solid line; pretend the area inside those lines is shaded in this drawing. There aren't actually 2 lines there.
All the glyphs are solid as well, but the Gods are not.FINALLY. OH MY EFFING GOD.

seriously though, this was so much easier with manga references. The glyphs are consistent in each shot! YAY
(My back is twitching just looking at it... ugh)This is (as best as I can figure) the scars on Malik Ishtar's back. YES 4KIDS, SCARS. NOT TATTOOS. *stares pointedly* I'm going to need this over the summer so that I can scribble on ~bookworm147 's back... the vest only comes down to the narrowest part of her waist, so a good half of these markings ought to be present on her back in order to be accurate. I plan to draw them with a gray Sharpie, but she is very ticklish so we'll see how it goes. XD
I have no idea what these glyphs mean, if anything... or if these are even what they're supposed to be... all I know is what I see in the manga, and this is as accurate a duplicate as I can get. If it helps you, GOODIE.

Aahhkldjfakdlja;d this is so perfect! I've been searching around for the right images to get a tattoo of this, combining bits and pieces of separate images to create exactly what I'd like, but this is already set and ready. My gods, this looks like it took FOREVER! But man, it looks gorgeous! I recognize some of the symbols (besides the obvious ankh) but I don't know what they mean. ^_^;;

Hmmm... from my limited knowledge of Egyptian, combined with a day and a half of study of the Rosetta Stone (I actually saw it in London... Jizz-tastic), This is what I'm getting:
The symbol in the middle is an Anhk or Ahnk or whatever. It is the symbol the egyptians used to represent their gods and the powers they hold over death AND life. So the God cards basically have the power to save or destroy the world. Pretty similar to the plot. From the text (I don't remember most of the characters ^^'), it pretty much confirms it.
And are you quite sure this isn't an actual artifact that you took a picture of? Cus that Scarab at the top and the Anhk are completely symmetrical as far as I can see.

Yeah, I think you've got it pretty much right. The manga says that part of it is "in the future, one will come who will wield the stone slabs" (aka trading cards) "of the three Gods. By the Gods you shall know him, for it is he in whom the pharaoh's soul resides." I think the ankh is referring to the life of the pharaoh in this case... but who knows. *shrug*
