You're right, it is Lots of people have been asking me to do more novel scenes rather than movie scenes, I'd like to do "Alan in the Hatchery" next

You're right on both - I usually draw the film characters so non-Jurassic Parkers can still recognise them, especially in pictures like this where there are no JP logos / buildings to make it obvious it's a JP picture

I have an Idea, Release 2 of the same one with slight alterations.

One (This one) with the movie characters. The other with the characters that look more like their novel versions.

No, In the Novel it looked like it had drowned to them. Then the Rex suddenly popped up and was swimming towards them like a giant alligator.
