Here is a still life drawing I did for my object drawing class. I thought it was funny that the little guy is surrounded buy alcohol and perfume. lol Managed to do the entire piece without erasing once! (*victory dance*)Materials
- 15"X20" Black Stonehenge
- White Faber-Castell pencil crayon
Time spent: 10 hrs (Completed in one day)

Thanks man glad you think so. I am trying to get this drawing back from the school but so far I have been unsuccessful. They used it in the open house show and that was the last I saw of it... must get it back!

wow, those bottles look real. I cant even imagine how you got the whorls and shading of the glass so prefectly. wow. dammit I wish I could drawa like you. I wen out and practiced some still lifes, they were sad, sorry excuses of drawings.

My only advice is to keep drawing practice really does make the difference with this trade.

I try and practice whenever I can...but they never come out with even the potential to be like this...maybe I should take some art classes and learn some tricks, eh?

That may be a good way to get a good start, but in the end you really are just developing yourself and your own styles. No one can teach you how to do you. Pretty much everything you see on this site was done before I began my professional training.

now Im jealous. You should check out some of the sketches on my gallery and tell me what needs fixing (I know I need to shadow more, but all my shadowing pictures are crap so I dont post them.....not that the ones posted are any better)
