Now available in colours other than black and white! More info in the lineart .This is done by hand-inking with a felt-tip and mouse-colouring with PhotoShop; I don't have a tablet, and it's thanks to ~Azumizai 's tuition that this is coloured at all. Thanks so much! Took me about 12 hours in total from lineart to this. A lot less painful than if I were to colour this by hand, for sure.
Never ever done something like this before. Ever. EVAHHH! Oh my gosh, I'm still in shock.
In case anyone's wondering/caring, that's England's uniform under Canada's jacket. After all, Canada still SORTA belonged to the UK during WWII. Most Canadian war efforts were accredited to the British, and while Canada declared its independence in 1867, it didn't achieve FULL independence until 1982 with the finalisation of the Constitution Act.

Well, it's alright. I do sometimes wonder why it's called Constitution and not Canadian Act. 
...Which is a good idea. When it comes to anything Hetalia, you've gotta get the facts straight or else nothing would make sense (and that would take away the whole point of personified nations). I do a lot of research too, and I enjoy it. It's thanks to Hetalia and all this great fanart like yours that helped me survive ace history class.

Speaking of WWII, I imagine this event would likely occur after V-E Day or something major like that. Everyone was just so happy the war was over that they started dancing and singing (and kissing random strangers) in the streets, so it makes sense that their countries would celebrate by doing the same. Great job!
