Our 3rd partner of Paper Mario: Fortune of Fear, Hokey PokeyUnlike Pinna, he's not entirely mutated, though due to the effects of various shroobish toxins, many of his spikes have fallen off or chipped.
As his name suggests, he's obsessed with dancing, though he has a hard time holding himself together, often losing the parts of his body all over the place.
He's met in Chapter 2 of the story outside of Twist Dial Temple, which resides in The Jazz Sands. After being in a fit of dancing he was caught in a sand storm that blew himself and his body all across the ruins entrance, and will subsequently join your party if you can put him back together.
Because most of his segments only have one spike on them, he's a lot more safe to the touch than most pokeys. His overworld ability because of this is wall-climbing. He can toss the segments of his body up onto the side of a surface for them to cling onto, allowing Mario to jump up ledges he couldn't normally get to.
His powers are as follows:
Torso TossThrow up to 3 segments of his body with successful action commands at a single enemy for low damage.
Body SlamCrash spike-side down of his body into a single enemy, piercing their defenses. Costs FP to use.
Multi TossThrow segments of his body at multiple enemies with successful action commands. Costs FP to use.
Dizzy DancyDance around a group of enemies making them unable to move for a while. Costs FP to use.

I'm really glad that you enjoy him as well as the others.~ <,D When I first thought of the name I instantly thought I had to make a character around it that was a Pokey, cause it was just too great of a pun to pass up. x,DDDD And his disco deely-bobbers were really fun to make too. I thought about having some spikes on his head but since I had the headband that I wanted to include, I thought with his backstory that it'd be more fitting to just wear in place of where spikes would be. Kinda covering up his "bald" spot there I suppose.
