Description Most of you can probably tell what scene this is from. I had the scene playing in my head for a but and wanted to draw it.

And Yes i am doing one where Ratigan is found oit in the rain.


But i think the conversation would go more like Basil had just called him a rat. The girl (who i should really name) slaps basil and Dawson telling him not to call him that.

Ratigan still having no memory of his past just stands there confused why this mouse who he thinks he never met is so upset with him.

Ps for those who notice something, sorry i wasnt planning on coloring it this much and forgot about it. Lol
