I made this a while ago for my Integra costume, but I've been slacking taking photos of just the sword and belt.The belt I dyed, cut and assembled, and then painted the yellow stripe on. I made a mold for the circle parts of the belt buckles and cast them out of resin and the rest of them are made of metal wire.
The hilt was not too difficult to make, but finding good reference images of it was. In one scene, her hilt looks a lot more delicate, while further on into the OVAs, it is a lot more solid. I opted for that one as I wanted something a bit more sturdy. The scabbard is made of wood that I had help cutting the pieces out of. Once I had it assembled, I covered it in vinyl and made the "metal" pieces out of more bondo.

Aww, thank you! The belt buckles were a pain to decide how I wanted to go about making them, but once I had that, the actual process wasn't too bad.

Haha, whatever works, right? Liz and I tried making duct tape dress forms a few years back. Mine was smashed out of shape when I moved not too long after that, so I went without until I got this one.
