As the first seam pattern I made was unsuccessful, inacruate and just a mess, here is the new one!

Is it white only for the sake of the pattern ? you just cut it and the coppied to the real fabric? and how you made the black lines on the finished costume?

(not sure if you were the one who asked me this on my facebook fanpage, but I will answer anyway!)
1-2.) I drafted the pattern on muslin and once I figured out where the seams would go, I cut all of the strips out and then re-drew all of the pieces with seam allowance to create the final and real pattern to use for the actual costume.
3.) For the lines, I used Maxi Cord Piping www.fabric.com/buy/221255/biasβ¦

I will be using a grey poplin with a gold shimmer as a base and over that a silver shimmer mesh
