Nicely done, especially resolving its distinct waggle + various segments.

So I played with the model on Sketchfab a bit and something seems off. We never get to see the Defiler's belly, but what if it had something peculiar underneath? I mean, the Defiler is supposed to be a crawling Zerg biochemical production plant. Maybe it hides there those toxins, spores or smaller Zerg creatures mentioned in the manual?

I definitely put 0 effort into texturing the underside. I do like in Mr Jack's concept how he has the parasites that make up Dark Swarm coming out of the vents on the back, but I'd sure there could be more on the underside of the tail. Maybe Plague comes from the 2 openings behind the head, and who knows what else...
